This is an opportunity to work independently on your tumbling skills.

fleX Class Begins Sunday, september 10!
Gym members: $5
Flex class focuses on stretching, balancing, and technical skills for all athletes, with a special emphasis on flyers!
Runs every Sunday from 1:00-1:30pm.
Register for these courses at the gym, through email (firstname.lastname@example.org), or online by clicking the "register online" button at the top-right of this page. Completed waivers and a $35 yearly membership fee are due for all new gym members. Full payment for classes and/or drop in gym is due prior to participation. We can prorate class prices to reflect beginning the class late: enroll online & we will manually adjust the class fee.
If you're registering for a class online and do not see the class listed- it means that class is closed for the session.
Please notice that Sept/Oct. classes run varying lengths, they are color coded to reflect that.
