This is an opportunity to work independently on your tumbling skills. Make use of our tumble track, yoga balls, flex bands, and coaches to help spot.
Gym members: $10
Team members: $8
Flex class focuses on stretching, balancing, and technical skills for all athletes but has an emphasis on flyers!
Runs every Sunday from 1:00-1:45pm.
Register for these courses at the gym, through email (email@example.com), or online by clicking the "register online" button at the top-right of this page. Completed waivers and a $35 yearly membership fee are due for all new gym members. Full payment for classes and/or drop in gym is due prior to participation.
